Beginners Yoga
Join us for a refreshing and rejuvenating beginner's yoga class that primarily focuses on Hatha yoga, infused with elements of Ashtanga & Iyengar. This class is designed for those new to yoga or looking to deepen their practice in a supportive environment.
In this session, you will learn foundational postures (asanas) that promote strength, flexibility, and balance. The Hatha approach emphasises alignment and breath, allowing you to connect mind and body while fostering relaxation. Intermediate Yoga / All levels Yoga
Join us for an invigorating all-levels yoga class designed to harmonise body, mind, and spirit.
This session will guide you through classic postures, allowing you to build strength and flexibility while cultivating a deeper awareness of your breath.
We'll incorporate pranayama techniques to enhance your breathing practice, promoting relaxation and mental clarity.
The class will conclude with a soothing relaxation segment, where you can fully absorb the benefits of your practice.

Over 60's Yoga
A gentle body work with emphasis on mobilising stiff joints, stretching muscles and breathing, to promote good health.

Please note :
- All classes should be booked and paid for in advance, we can not reserve your space in a class without payment. You can drop in to a class if we have space. If you can not make it to a class you have booked onto, you must give us 24 hours notice
to cancel / re schedule otherwise the full amount is still charged and we will not be able to refund you or transfer dates. This applies to all classes at Studio Yoga. If you do not book, you may try dropping in but spaces are limited to availability. Contact us to book your place with the date and class you wish to attend.
Classes must start and finish on time, if you are late you may not be able to participate in class!
