Summer Closing Dates:

Eftys classes will run until Monday 7th August. There will be no Yoga from Tuesday 8th August until Tuesday 5th September. Eftys Yoga classes will start again on Wednesday 6th September.

Emilys classes will run until Tuesday 15th August. There will be no Legs bums n tums, Trim n tone or Hiit Fit from Wednesday 16th August until Saturday 2nd September. Emilys classes will start again on Monday 4th September.

Beginners yoga  £12
A gentle introduction to Hatha Yoga, through a  series of  simple postures, breathing techniques and relaxation.

Levels 2/3 Yoga £12 
A deep and careful practice to extend the spine and enjoy the body, focusing on spinal health and core strength, through classical postures, Pranayama (breathing) and relaxation.

Community classes  £6 (over 60s)
A gentle body work with emphasis on mobilising stiff joints, stretching muscles and breathing, to promote good health.
( every 4- weeks £24 in advance )
 
Legs, bums & tums £7
Simple easy to follow exercises that strengthen, tone and burn fat from your stomach, hips, thighs and bum. A popular workout that will leave you feeling energised and make you look good!

Trim & tone £7
Engage all muscle groups and work up a sweat with this entire body workout that focuses on exercises designed to tone up your muscles, build core strength and burn fat through the use of dumbbells combined with light cardio.
