Drop - In  Class Guide


Beginners yoga  £13
A gentle introduction to Hatha Yoga, through a  series of  simple postures, breathing techniques and relaxation.

( block of 10 sessions £108 - must be used within 3 months )                         
 

Levels 2/3 Yoga £13  
A deep and careful practice to extend the spine and enjoy the body, focusing on spinal health and core strength, through classical postures, Pranayama (breathing) and relaxation.

( block of 10 sessions £108 - must be used within 3 months )


Community classes  £7 (over 60s)
A gentle body work with emphasis on mobilising stiff joints, stretching muscles and breathing, to promote good health.
( every 4- weeks £28 in advance )
 

Body Blast £9 (all levels)

Engage all muscle groups and work up a sweat with this entire body workout that focuses on exercises designed to tone up your muscles, build core strength and burn fat through the use of dumbbells combined with light cardio.
( block of 10 sessions £80 - ust be used within 3 months )


Body control pilates

Pilates helps achieve the perfect balance between strength and flexibility, plus it's a great way to relieve unwanted stress and tension. Targetting the deep postural

muscles, it works by building strength from the inside out, rebalancing the body and bringing it into correct alignment

Baby Massage
£60 5-week course (ages 6 weeks to 5 months)
beginning 23/05/18
Baby massage is a 5 week course that encourages bonding with your baby, through learning different gentle movements every week. This course is designed for babies aged 6 weeks to 5 months. It incorporates a mixture of Swedish and Indian massage, as well as principles of reflexology and yoga. It has been known to help relief constipation, gas, colic and improve sleep patterns. So come along to meet new parents or bring a friend.
